Yoga Retreat
Trip Overview
Upon your arrival at the airport in Nepal you will be greeted by a Representative of Upper Himalayan Treks and Adventure. From here you and your guide will travel to one of our 2 yoga resorts in Kathmandu or Pokhara. At the resort you can learn the principles of yoga and be guided in yoga practices during classes. The classes sessions will improve your flexibility and balance, increase muscle strength and tone, and improve your respiration and cardiopulmonary health. You may also notice some side affects such as reduced weight, improved athletic performance and metabolism.
If you would like to integrate a trek or day hike into your yoga retreat, please contact us to make the arrangements.

Outline Itinerary
Day 01: Meet a representative of Upper Himalayan Treks and Adventure and travel to 1 of our 2 resorts in Kathmandu or Pokhara
Day 02: Learn beginner yoga poses and exercises
Day 03: Learn intermediate yoga poses and exercises
Day 04: Learn advanced yoga poses and exercises
Day 05: Practice yoga poses and exercises under the supervision of a yogi
Day 06: Practice yoga poses and exercises under the supervision of a yogi
Day 07: Complete training course and return home.
