The trail travels through tribal villages, where people can view traditional cultural practices and ancient Buddhist ceremonies.
Just inside the Langtang National Park, the mid-mountain forests on this trek are entrancing. It is no wonder why these forests are prime red panda habitat. You will trek though these forests beginning in Syabrubesi village.
The trek continues into the serene landscape of mountains and mountain valleys above the timber line. The panoramic views of the mountains inspire awe and are truly captivating. After reaching Langtang Valley, you will trek to Kyanjin Gompa.
In Kyanjin Gompa you can relax and eat cake or pie with 360 degree gorgeous mountain views, or you can hike up to Kyanjin Ri (4,773 meters) for even more phenomenal views. You can see pictures and read about this awe-inspireing experience by visiting our blog here.
