While still in Paro, the tour goes on a day hike to the famous Tiger’s Nest Monastery and visits monuments, the Memorial Chorten Stupa, a nunnery temple, a traditional art school, and many other landmarks. The tour then makes a stop in Punakha to visit the Punakha fortress and a textile waving factory. Next, the Trek begins in Bumthang. For three days the trek continues across the rugged landscape to capture amazing views of the Himalayas.
